"To reach people in Northwest Arkansas with the life-giving message of Jesus Christ, so that they might become fully devoted followers of Christ." We seek to achieve our purpose by helping each of our members focus on five key priorities in their lives. 1. Connecting with the church regularly 2. Growing in maturity daily 3. Serving other people unselfishly 4. Sharing our faith effectively 5. Giving our resources consistently Mission of Keypoint Church Our desire is for people to have a relationship with God that is exciting and authentic, to fulfill their God-given destiny, and see them become fully, devoted followers of Christ. Vision of Keypoint Church We desire to provide a place where people are accepted for who they are and a place where people can have a life-changing experience with God in a church without letting structures and programs get in the way. The gospel of Jesus Christ offers spiritual freedom. His freedom should invade every area of our life, providing freedom from bad habits, freedom from past relationships, releasing hurts, or releasing anything holding us back from reaching our potential in Christ. Loving and worshipping God is a life-giving experience, and at KPC we will resist anything that would drain this life in a believer. Focus of Keypoint Church * Reaching the unchurched community. * Relational small group meetings throughout NWA. * Dynamic worship and relevant teaching of the Word. * Exciting children, student and college ministries. * Leadership development (Growth Track). Keypoint Church Core Values We value full devotion to Christ and His cause and consider it normal for every believer. We value our public celebrations, which contain "now" encounters with the Holy Spirit through dynamic praise and worship along with anointed teaching and preaching, as catalysts for transformation in the lives of individuals and the church. We value going through life together and fostering loving relationships that permeate every aspect of church life. We value being culturally relevant as a church while remaining doctrinally pure. We value authenticity and the hunger for continuous spiritual growth in the lives of Christ’s followers. We value the presence of the miraculous in our midst, especially through the gifts of the Holy Spirit. We value lost people because they matter to God and, therefore, ought to matter to His church. We value world missions and will devote significant time, energy, and money towards developing leadership and materials for them. We value the unity of all believers and will honor and support other life-giving churches and individuals that love God. We value small groups as places of growth and life change. We value the stewardship of spiritual gifts and participation of all believers in ministry and service. We value prayer, both individually and corporately, as vital, effective, and real communication with God. |
